Elizabeth Minto-Bauer has dedicated nearly two decades to the field of education, with 16 of those years at HCISD where she has inspired future generations.
Her extensive experience includes roles as a teacher at Vela Middle School, a counselor at Austin Elementary and Gutierrez Middle School of Arts & Sciences, and an assistant principal at Harlingen High School and Dr. Cano Freshman Academy. Mrs. Minto-Bauer also served as a principal resident at Coakley Middle School, under the mentorship of longtime principal Pedro Sanchez.
Minto-Bauer holds a bachelor's degree in history, a master's degree in guidance and counseling, and a master's degree in educational leadership. She is currently pursuing a doctorate at Texas Tech University.
